5. Physical Condition and Health
You declare that you are in suitable physical, mental, and emotional condition, that you do not suffer from any condition that may endanger your participation, and that you will inform us of any medical condition, physical condition, and/or previous injury prior to training.
6. Use of Equipment
The use of equipment is at your own responsibility. Equipment must be used with care, and Falcons Workout is not liable for misuse of equipment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Falcons Workout shall not be liable for injuries arising from sporting activities, improper use of techniques or exercises, accidents caused by user negligence, or loss or theft of personal belongings.
8. Indemnification
You agree to release Falcons Workout, including trainers, organisers, collaborators, staff, and affiliates, from liability for any damage, injury, or accident occurring during training sessions, events, programmes, or educational sessions.
By participating in any training sessions, programs, events or activities provided by Falcons Workout, you acknowledge and accept that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or in extreme cases, death.
You confirm that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and that you are physically fit to do so. You agree to follow all instructions provided by trainers and staff at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Falcons Workout, its owners, trainers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your participation in any activities.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Falcons Workout against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Photos and videos may be taken during training sessions and events, and this content may be used on social media, the website, and promotional materials. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
